It's always fun to try out a new creative technique and this class was no exception. There was a homework assignment before attending the class; that was to make numerous little items called "scrumbles". I made as many as time permitted, fell short of having enough to completely cover the foundation fabric, but now know how to proceed to do it here at home.
This photo at the top of this post is of my WIP. It will ultimately, when I have time to finish, be a clutch purse with a flap.

That bag kicks it! Wow is that what yours will look like too? If so you should immediately abandon the bag I made you & start carrying your knitted one EVERYWHERE! Looking good so far, can't wait to see the finished product :)
