Hya Cinthia

This amazing hyacinth was living in my yard and enjoying the sunshine.

I was dressed too nicely to get down on my knees or stomach, so I took a few shots holding the camera below my site line. I love how this one turned out with the flower cropped so closely and all the lovely bokeh in the background. I hope you like it too!

The sun is shining again today and the temps are supposed to be in the 70s, time for more outdoor shooting.

Peace, Judi

My goodness! Did you capture its true color? That's amazingly bright and lovely.

Judi, thanks for the link to your Atlas Moth, but the one here was a charcoal color and not near that pretty. Thanks for trying though.

Jim, yes that was the actual color (it's darker purple now that it's dying)

Marlene, sorry I couldn't identify it for you. Maybe someone else will recognize it.

Thanks everyone for stopping by and leaving such nice comments.
