I came home from Phoenix today after a weekend of family, friends, and birthday party fun!
Took a brief swim in the community pool here where I live; it felt great after the 2 hour drive.
This yummy deliciousness was in the freezer, and I couldn't resist. It made for the perfect, light dinner.
