Tempeh for Breakfast - 2013-327 (Saturday)

Via Flickr:
Sautéed red onion, garlic, mushrooms in oil and tamari. Added sliced tempeh to the pan, cooked until browned. Served this on top of raw baby spinach with a drizzle of Goddess dressing.
