Carol - I agree with you re: charging and paying it ALL, but I think some people don't have the discipline to only charge as much as they can afford to pay. What do you think?
N ot sure if yours was one of the problem blogs. If I have trouble with yours I'll send you a convo.
I did that for years. Never got a credit card. My Father said I should get one, just to establish credit. I reluctantly did so. Twenty years later I was $40,000 in debt, and I will finally have it paid off in about 10 months time.
Funny you should have that for your thought today, I try to do that as much as possible and wish I could get my children to follow suit.
ReplyDeleteGreat thought for the day!
ReplyDeleteMarlene - glad to hear it. So sad how far in debt everyone is these days.
ReplyDeleteCathy - thank you!
I have had two different people tell me they could not post on my blog. Are you one of them? I know you have been able to in the past.
ReplyDeleteOOps. that I posted that comment on the other post of yours. LOL
ReplyDeleteAnyway, this is wonderful advice...I would like to add that it is also fine to charge as long as you pay it ALL off at the end of the month. :)

ReplyDeleteYou have never asked a better question.
This is a new life path for our household. And one that is both challenging yet completely satisfying. Also keeps clutter down :-)
