Feature Friday - gumo on Etsy

Today's featured shop is gumo.

The work can best be described by quoting part of the shop's announcement:
"Creative Gifts ♥ Cute Animal Alphabet Prints ♥ Alphabet Letters with Fun Poems for Kids

gumo is the perfect place to find creative art prints for kids of all ages : )

Our prints are created from original hand drawn illustrations and printed using vegetable based inks, onto high quality 250gsm matt heavyweight 100% recycled paper. "

I love this giraffe print - anyone that knows me even remotely is aware of my love for giraffes - so it had to be the featured item! ;-)

I hope you have a chance to check out this shop and all of those I've featured in this series.

Peace, Judi

Giraffes (or, as they sometimes used to be known way back, camelleopards, which I always considered the more descriptive name) are tremendously cool animals. Seeing one in-person for the first time is truly shocking. You see the photos, and read the statistics, but actually seeing such a huge creature puts the reality in your head to stay.

They are really cool, I agree. The very first picture of mine that I ever enlarged was of a giraffe I photographed at the Phoenix Zoo back in "the dark ages".
