Edited with iPhone app Snapseed, squared up and watermark added by PC app Instasize. This app is available here and is free.
The Instasize app could be especially helpful to Lightroom users - as you export a photo to the folder being monitored, the app would automatically create an Instagram ready photo which could then be posted to Instagram.
